This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers. Fonts, images and videos are all served from this site, so nothing loads from Google, YouTube or anyone else while you browse. This page explains the little data that is handled, and why.

Who is responsible

What is collected

• Server logs. Like every web server, the one hosting this site automatically records technical details of each visit: IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser used. They are used only to keep the site running and secure (legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) and are deleted after 90 days.
• Emails. If you write to me, I receive your email address and whatever you send. I use it only to reply and, if we work together, to run that project (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). Emails are kept for as long as the conversation or project needs, and invoicing records for the periods required by Portuguese tax law.
• Your light/dark choice. If you switch the theme, the choice is saved in your own browser (local storage) so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device and you can clear it in your browser settings at any time.

Nothing is sold, shared for advertising or used for profiling.

Who else is involved

The site and the email account are hosted by PTisp, a Portuguese hosting company, on servers in Portugal. Your data stays in the European Union.

Links to YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn take you to those services, where their own privacy policies apply. The interactive Learninghubz design system is hosted by Vercel and only loads if you choose to open it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. Write to info@dionysusartwork.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).
