About
I am a product and UI designer, based in Portugal, working remotely.
I have been designing since 2010 — sixteen years, most of them remote. It started with UI design and development for Babel, a book company, on Samsung televisions, and six months in Dublin on a Leonardo da Vinci scholarship.
From 2022 to 2026 I was the Product & UI Designer at Learninghubz, a remote e-learning platform of about ten people serving 30+ client organisations — I built the interface, the design system underneath it, the company site and its advertising.
Before that, four years at ADTRICK as Senior Graphic Designer, a six-person studio in Lisbon delivering more than twenty campaigns a year — Samsung, IKEA, Nivea, Tetra Pak, Leroy Merlin. Two years in pre-press before that, which is where I learned that a file that looks right is not the same as a file that prints right. And two years designing for Angolan companies out of Lisbon. My own freelance practice has run underneath all of it since 2015.
I also make abstract and surreal images, and have done for about as long as I have designed interfaces. That work is under Playground.
